1. Terms

By accessing the website at http://odnovaaesthetics.com you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

1. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on odNOVA Aesthetics website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not:

   1. modify or copy the materials;

   2. use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);

   3. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on odNOVA aesthetic's website;

odNOVA Aesthetic's may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of London, England and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

9. Complaints Policy

If you wish to make a complaint please ask to speak with Piotr Wojtowicz the registered manager, or you can put your concerns in writing to the address provided below. We will acknowledge all written complaints within two working days and respond within twenty working days or a written or an explanation of why the response is taking longer and when they can expect a response.

A full response within 5 days of the full conclusion being reached.

10. Returns Policy

Consultation fees will be refunded up to 48 hours prior to the appointment.

odNOVA Aesthetic's will not provide refunds on treatments that have been provided in good faith or refunds on treatments if the patient has had an adverse reaction to treatment.

11. Policy On Children & Pets

We do not accept children (under 18) or pets into the clinic unless they are supervised by a friend or family member.

12. Age restrictions 

Please be aware that we strictly abide by GMC’s and GPHC's latest guidance so all patients must be over 18 and not be pregnant or breastfeeding. A complete medical history will be taken before any treatment is performed and all patients should have informed written consent prior to being treated.

13. Returns Policy

If you decide to cancel an appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment or you will not present yourself for your treatment; £30 charge will be taken from the card used for booking; this charge is non-refundable.

All new appointments will be subject to availability.

If a patient fails to attend their allocated appointment or wishes to cancel a booking, payment is retained by the company and no refunds will be issued.

odNOVA Aesthetics reserve the right to amend or cancel any date or location. Should this be necessary our staff will contact clients immediately and arrange an alternative date. We do not accept responsibility for any travel expenses or accommodation costs from clients.

We reserve the right to cancel appointments or withdraw clients that we feel to be disruptive, defamatory or impeding our services.

Treatments may be reversible but are non-refundable.

​

The nature of these treatments are subjective and no treatment will proceed without verbal, written or photographic consent. Patients must be reviewed prior to any reversible treatments and are encouraged to see the same practitioner for this.

14. Late arrival to appointments

Patients who attend over 15 minutes late may not be seen as they disrupt the running for the day which impacts other patients’ treatment slots.

15. Consultation appointments 

All our appointments are consult and treat on the day.  A consultation only appointment is charged at £0 (the booking deposit you pay) and is not transferable to a treatment at a later date.

16. Price structuring and packages 

Whilst there are many bespoke packages, individual quotes may vary due to the quantities used. Different facial appearances may require more or fewer treatment syringes or the treatment itself may be different to what is listed following consultation and facial assessment. This will be discussed with you by your practitioner on the day of treatment.

17. Patient complaints/ reviews 

1. In the event of a possible adverse reaction to a product following treatment please contact us asap – we will then contact you as a matter of urgency

2. If you have a query regarding asymmetry then please contact us with photographs. If a review/correction is required, an appointment will be booked for you. At this appointment, we will review your before and after photos, your treatment record, and the outcome of your treatment to decide what action is required.

3. If required, we endeavour to offer a review appointment free-of charge within 14 days of your request.  Please note that once confirmed, we do not offer patients the opportunity to reschedule review appointments.

4. If you do not attend your review appointment a fee of £30 will be taken from your card. Exceptions may be made in extenuating circumstances. Review appointments are made available free-of-charge exclusively if booked by the patient on the Patient Portal  within a maximum of 21 days of the initial treatment. 

5. All review appointments for anti-wrinkle treatments must be requested between 10 - 14 days following the initial treatment. The review appointment will be booked in for no later than 21 days after the initial treatment. Any requests falling outside this time frame would be treated as new treatments and would need to be booked and paid for in the normal way.

6. If a correction is necessary then this will be offered. If the outcome of the treatment is satisfactory and is a case of more product required for the individual patient then a charge will be made for the additional product.
