I am committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of every client and patient under my care.

In alignment with the guidelines established by the General Medical Council (GMC) and the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC), I kindly inform all individuals seeking treatment that services are available exclusively to those over the age of 18 and who are not currently pregnant or breastfeeding. These measures are in place to uphold the highest standards of safety and professionalism in all treatments provided.

Cancellation Policy

Mutual respect between provider and patient is a fundamental part of the care and service I provide at odNOVA. To ensure the highest level of professionalism and service, I have implemented a clear cancellation policy that applies to all appointments, including reviews.
 

How to Cancel or Reschedule Your Appointment:

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please choose one of the following options:

  • Use the cancellation or rescheduling link provided in your confirmation email or any reminder email related to your booking.

  • Email me at contact@odnovaaesthetics.com.
     

Important Notes:

  • Cancellation Fee/ No show: This fee is non-transferable and non-refundable.

  • Booking Fee: The booking fee is transferable (if the appointment is rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice) but remains non-refundable.
     

This policy ensures I can maintain the highest level of care for all patients. If you have any questions or require further clarification, please don't hesitate to contact me.

Fees

  • To confirm your appointment, I kindly request your card details for a small booking fee 

  • This fee will be applied toward the cost of your treatment.

  • I understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance. This ensures smooth operations and allows me to provide the best service to all clients.

  • For cancellations made within 48 hours, the booking fee will be used to cover the applicable cancellation charges.

Polite request

I kindly ask that you make every effort to arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.

Punctuality ensures that you receive the full duration and benefits of your treatment, allowing me to provide the high-quality care you deserve.

Please note that late arrivals may result in a shorter treatment session, as I strive to maintain the integrity of set schedule and provide excellent service to all clients.

 

Should you arrive more than 15 minutes past your appointment time, I will need to reschedule your session. In such cases, the cancellation fee will be applied.
