Let me help you navigate through any challenges and provide you with the support and guidance you need.

Requirements

I prioritise the safety and well-being of my clients and patients. As per the guidelines set by GMC and GPHC, I kindly request that all individuals seeking treatment with me, are over 18 years old and not currently pregnant or breastfeeding.

Booking

I understand that your time is valuable and I want to make it as easy as possible for you to book an appointments. The online booking system, also known as the Patient Portal, allows you to create, change or cancel your appointments with just a few clicks.

Cancellation Policy

I value mutual respect between provider and patient. To ensure the highest level of service, I have implemented a cancellation policy that applies to all appointments, including reviews.

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, I kindly ask patients to use Patient Portal at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. I greatly appreciate earlier notice as it demonstrates courtesy.

Please note that the cancellation fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Fees

- To secure your appointment, please provide your card details during the booking process.

- A small charge of 30p will be applied to verify your card, and it will be refunded within 14 days.

- Rest assured, your card details will not be used for treatment payment. Payment will be directly taken by the Aesthetic Practitioner on the day of your treatment.

- Please note that a cancellation fee will be charged to the provided card if an appointment is canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice, including free follow-up/review appointments.

- If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and the cancellation fee will apply.

Polite request

Please make every effort to arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shorter treatment duration. Arriving on time for your appointment is not only courteous, but it also ensures that you receive the full benefits of your treatment.

After each treatment, you'll receive an email with detailed directions on how to care for your skin and prevent any unwanted side effects. These instructions will guide you towards achieving the best results and improving your overall experience.

Get ready to snap some selfies! At each appointment, I will request photos of your face. Don't worry, it's not just a vanity thing. It's actually required by law. Plus, these pictures will serve as a helpful record of your treatment journey, allowing us to track progress and make adjustments for future sessions. So strike a pose and let's document those transformations!
