Client Eligibility & Safety 

Your safety and well-being are my highest priorities. In accordance with the General Medical Council (GMC) and General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) guidelines, treatments are available exclusively to clients aged 18 or over, and cannot be provided to those who are pregnant or breastfeeding.

These measures are in place to ensure the highest standards of safety, ethics, and professionalism in every treatment I deliver.

Cancellation Policy 

Mutual respect between provider and patient is a fundamental part of the care and service I provide at odNOVA Aesthetics. To ensure the highest level of professionalism and service, I have implemented a clear cancellation policy that applies to all appointments, including review appointment.
 

How to Cancel or Reschedule Appointment

You can reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled time. To do so, simply use the confirmation or reminder email sent to the email address you used when booking.

Both emails include reschedule and cancel options, allowing you to manage your appointment quickly and securely in just a few clicks.
Please note that cancelling your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit.

Important Notes

  • Cancellations & No-Shows: The booking fee (deposit) is non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling: If you need to change your appointment, your booking fee can be transferred to a new date as long as at least 48 hours’ notice is provided.

This policy helps me maintain the highest standard of care and ensure appointment availability for all patients. If you have any questions or would like further clarification, please feel free to get in touch — I’m always happy to help.

Fees

To confirm your appointment, a booking fee (deposit) will be charged to the debit or credit card provided when making your booking. Booking fee (deposit) will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.

Punctuality

I kindly ask that you make every effort to arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
Arriving promptly ensures you receive the full duration and benefits of your treatment and allows me to provide the high level of care each client deserves.

Please note that late arrivals may result in a shorter treatment session, as I strive to maintain the schedule and deliver an excellent experience for all clients.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled, and the booking fee will be forfeited.
