Client Eligibility & Safety
All treatments are provided in accordance with GMC and GPhC standards. Clients must be aged 18 or over. Certain treatments may not be suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding; this will be discussed during consultation to ensure your safety and personalised care.
Cancellation Policy
Mutual respect between provider and patient is a fundamental part of the care and service I provide at odNOVA Aesthetics. To ensure the highest level of professionalism and service, I have implemented a clear cancellation policy that applies to all appointments, including review appointment.
How to Cancel or Reschedule Appointment
I understand that life changes — if your plans shift, you can reschedule or cancel up to 48 hours before your appointment via your booking confirmation email. Both emails include reschedule and cancel options, allowing you to manage your appointment quickly and securely in just a few clicks. Please note that cancelling your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit.

Rescheduling: If you need to change your appointment, your booking fee can be transferred to a new date as long as at least 48 hours’ notice is provided.

Punctuality
I kindly ask that you make every effort to arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Arriving promptly ensures you receive the full duration and benefits of your treatment and allows me to provide the high level of care each client deserves. Please note that late arrivals may result in a shorter treatment session, as I strive to maintain the schedule and deliver an excellent experience for all clients. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled, and the booking fee will be forfeited.
Fees
To confirm your appointment, a booking fee (deposit) will be charged to the debit or credit card provided when making your booking. Booking fee (deposit) will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.

What Happens After Your Appointment
After your treatment, you will receive detailed after-care instructions via email, including guidance on how to care for your skin and minimise potential side effects.
