Whether you are arranging your first consultation or returning for treatment, the process is intended to be simple and professional from the very beginning.
To book your consultation, you'll be securely transferred to our trusted booking partner, AesthetiDocs, to choose your treatment, time and location. This is a normal part of the odNOVA booking process. You can sign in quickly and securely using your Google or Apple ID.
To secure your appointment, a deposit is required. You can pay by card, or use OneLink — Stripe's secure one-click checkout — for a faster, safe payment experience.

Before you book
Please book only if:

Booking an appointment does not guarantee that a specific treatment will be carried out on the day.
Where necessary, treatment may be postponed, modified or declined in the interest of safety and clinical appropriateness.
Deposits/ booking fees
A deposit or booking fee is required to confirm your appointment. This secures your dedicated time and is deducted from the cost of treatment where applicable.
Deposits and booking fees are non-refundable if an appointment is missed or cancelled without sufficient notice.
Cancellation policy
If your plans change, please let us know as early as possible. Appointments can be rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours before your appointment time — simply use the link in your booking confirmation email.
Changes made with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed appointments, will result in the loss of your deposit or booking fee. This helps us keep appointment times available for everyone.
Arrival and timing
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
If you arrive late, the appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled in order to avoid disruption to other patients.
In some cases, this may also result in the loss of your deposit/ booking fee.
Aftercare and review appointments
Clear aftercare advice is always provided after treatment.
Review appointments are routinely included for botulinum toxin treatments, where assessment at the appropriate time forms an important part of the process.
Reviews can also be arranged after other treatments if needed or requested.
