Choose this if you are new to odNOVA, bringing a new concern or considering a treatment you have not had here before. Treatment, if appropriate, is usually arranged for a separate appointment.

May be appropriate when we already know each other or you have one specific treatment or skincare question that does not require a full assessment.

What to know before booking.

Appointments are for patients aged 18 and over.
Health information stays secure
Relevant medical and skin-history forms are collected through the clinic’s secure pre-consultation route after booking.
Booking is not a promise of treatment
Suitability is established clinically. Treatment may be modified, postponed or not recommended when that is the safer decision.
Allow time before an event
Visible recovery and bruising cannot be predicted precisely, so please leave adequate time before an important occasion.
Policy

Deposits and changes.

When you book, that time is held for you and not offered to anyone else. The deposit is what makes that possible.

The deposit
A deposit is taken when you book. It is £50 for most treatments and higher for a few — Sculptra, for example, is £100. The amount is shown before you confirm, and it comes off the cost of your treatment on the day. It is part of the price, not an addition to it.
Changing or cancelling
You can move or cancel your appointment at least 48 hours beforehand and your deposit moves with it. Use the link in your confirmation email — you do not need to contact me.
Inside 48 hours
With less than 48 hours' notice, or if an appointment is missed, the deposit is not carried over. That is not a penalty. The time was held for you, and there is no longer enough notice to offer it to someone else.
If the decision is mine
If I decide during your appointment that treatment should not go ahead, the deposit remains as credit on your patient account. If odNOVA cancels or postpones the appointment before it takes place, you can choose a full refund or account credit.
If you are not sure whether I would treat you
The 20-minute consultation exists for exactly that. There is no charge, and you can use it to find out whether a particular treatment is something I would go ahead with, before you book anything or pay a deposit.
